Karl Katzenberger
Club Director, Head Coach Shoreline 14-Gold & 15-Gold

 Karl has 24 years experience coaching at the High School Varsity, USJO Open, USJO Club and community based programs in the State of Minnesota.
​
  • Completed his 14th season as Varsity Head Coach at Minnetonka High School preceded by 6 years as Varsity Head Coach at Armstrong High School and 2 years as Varsity head Coach at The Blake School. Karl has 389 career HS wins.
​
  • 17 years of club experience coaching the 15's age group
​
  • 16 years of club experience coaching the 14's age group
​
  • Karl describes working with, preparing and developing 7th, 8th and 9th grade players as one of his greatest professional focuses as a coach.

Bailey Zimprich
Head Coach Shoreline 12's and 15-Navy
Bailey is the current Varsity Assistant Coach at Minnetonka High School

  • Played collegiately at UW River Falls
​
  • Graduated with a BS in Business Administration
​
  • Has 10+ seasons coaching High School and Club teams at area programs​
​
  • Coach Zimprich's favorite part of coaching is developing young girls into strong, confident and athletic young women

Katie Bowman
Head Coach Shoreline 16-Gold
Katie has 7 years experience as a high school and club coach in MN.

  • Graduated Concordia Moorhead University
​
  • 4 years experience coaching the Men's club team at Concordia University.
​
  • Katie is a Kindergarten teacher at Groveland Elementary School.
​
  • Currently the 9A coach at Minnetonka HS.
​
  •  Coach Katie is committed to developing players into confident and hardworking young ladies on and off of the court.
James Stephen
Head Coach Shoreline 14-Navy
James has 16 seasons experience as a high school and club Coach in MN.
​
  • 4 years experience as 9th grade coach at Armstrong HS.
​
  • 6 years experience coaching club at Armstrong and Minnetonka Jrs.
​
  • Over a decade coaching High school volleyball at Minnetonka HS.
​
  • James is the current 10th grade coach at Minnetonka HS.
​
  • Coach Stephen finds helping young players toward their goals in volleyball incredibly gratifying and ultimately why he chooses to coach.  
Rachel Dill
Assistant Coach Shoreline 14-Gold & 15-Gold 
​
  • Graduated from Minnetonka High School
​
  • Played Varsity volleyball and was a Captain during Senior Year.
​
  • Earned BS from University of Minnesota Duluth
​
  • Coached the Minnetonka HS JV team during the fall.
​
  • Rachel is passionate about developing and preparing middle school volleyball players to enter their High School volleyball program.

  • Played on the inagural Shoreline team in 2019.

  • Is looking forward to passing on knowledge and skill.
